I'm going on vacation...

Summer is here and my routine is totally blown to hell. Now that the kids have been home for almost a month, I haven't gotten much writing done at all. Boo...

While I love having the boys home and being able to take a break from sports and all of their other school year activities, I do miss my writing routine. I'm out of sorts. I'm used to spending at least five hours a day at the computer writing, developing and plotting.

On Sunday we leave for a week long vacation at the beach. I'm planning on getting a huge chunk of my new story Surrender to Me written while the kids are playing ball and connecting with their summer friends. Wish me luck.

Tonight I'm headed to see Magic Mike... in the name of inspiration, of course. You know I'm big on imagery. I predict a full night of erotic writing when I get home from the theater. Don't you agree?
