Holiday Recipes: Kaylie Newell's No-Bake Ritz Christmas Cookies

Box of Ritz crackers
Two packages of almond bark. One chocolate, one vanilla
Creamy peanut butter

Make two dozen peanut butter "sandwich" crackers. Melt one package of almond bark completely. Dip half the crackers in so that they're completely covered. Set on waxed paper to dry. Repeat process with the other package of almond bark. When all the cookies are dry, you can decorate by drizzling the leftover almond bark over them.

Yummy, pretty, and best of all, EASY!
