Happiness, the easiest diet you'll ever love!
Happiness is a state of mind. One of my co-workers told me she'd noticed I looked happier last month. Her comment really surprised me because nothing was unusual. I told her I wasn't really sure why, but I felt great. The more I thought about it, I realized I'd stopped dwelling on negative energy. I was embracing small moments of happiness. I was just glad to be alive. I know this sounds cheesy, but it's true. Don't let the bad stuff take up the time that belongs to the good stuff. I also had two people ask me, on the same day, if I'd lost weight. I'm not sure if there's a correlation between mental burdens and real pounds, but heck--why take chances?
