A favorite recipe: Pizza Spaghetti

With the weather getting cooler, this is the time of year that cooking helps warm the house, fill our bellies, and curl up on the couch with a good book. I love the fall.

Living in Georgia, I avoid the oven at all costs in the summer. So, now that its getting cool its time to make one of my kids favorite recipes.

Pizza Spaghetti ( I warn you, I don't measure, so bear with me as I write this!)

I use angel hair, but feel free to use any noodle you choose. Boil and cook your noodles until they are at the desired tenderness. Drain and set aside,

In a big bowl dump in a jar of either homemade sauce, or your spaghetti sauce of choice. Next add a handful of mozzarella shredded cheese. I then slice black olives and stir them in. I think mushrooms would be great, but my husband is allergic. I then slice pepperoni and stir it in. After its mixed well, I add the noodles, mixing it well. I add it all to a baking dish, top with a ton of mozzarella cheese and top then with pepperoni and Italian seasoning. I place it in a preheated oven at 375 and let the cheese get all bubbly.

Then, serve it up with some garlic bread and I think you have a hit with adults and kids!

If you decide to try this, come back and let me know. :)

See ya next Monday!
