Tuesday Tips...Tamaria's Fancy Deviled Eggs





Hello, it's Tamaria here today and I’m one of those weird people who hates mayo, so I never ate deviled eggs, potato salad, or macaroni salad at picnics. I sold the Pampered Chef for a few years and came across a wonderful recipe for deviled eggs that required VERY little mayo. You can also make egg salad sandwiches this way!

What you need:

Six peeled boiled eggs (this makes 12 deviled eggs)
1/4 cup of veggie cream cheese (this is the secret)
3 tablespoons  of mayo (you never taste it)
Optional a pinch or two of Ground Mustard
Salt, pepper, paprika

1   Cut eggs in half and place the yokes in a bowl. Place egg whites aside.
      Mix in cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
      Add salt and pepper to taste.
     Pipe or spoon mixture into the egg white halves.
      Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until eaten.

It’s really simple and believe me everyone will rave about your eggs!
