I'm back again with another Tuesday Tip.
Make those windows sparkle!
Now that spring has sprung its time to get those mucky winter windows to shine. Here's a few tips I've picked up over the years. I have the windows that tilt in, so I'm able to clean both inside and out at the same time and the same way.
Newspaper - Instead of a paper towel use newspaper. Crumble the paper up and wipe away the window cleaner. This will also work on mirrors too.
No Sunlight - Wash windows on a cloudy day or at night because the sun heats up the cleaner before it can be wiped away and polished properly.
Cleaning Solution - Most of the time I use Windex but when I'm doing a major cleaning, I use...
Hot Water
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 tsp liquid dish detergent
a soft towel or a cut up t-shirt
I pour mixture in a spray bottle
Cracks and Crevices on the windowsill - You can use the above mixture with a Q-tip to get into the corners and clean out dirt and grime.

I hope my tips help.
